1. Welcome to V LIVE!
We will guide you through the V LIVE Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Terms’) with basic service-related information that you may need or have questions about while using the service. Through the Terms, you can take a look at the rights, meanings, responsibilities, and other matters between NAVER (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) and Members (hereinafter referred to as ‘Members’ or ‘You’). The Company shall post these terms within the service in order to allow You to easily identify them. The Company will do its best to continuously provide stable service, and we look forward to bringing the service closer to You via the Terms of Use provided.
2. The definitions and interpretations used in the Terms are as follows, and the Terms may be revised after prior notice.
‘Service’ refers to all V LIVE and V LIVE-related services that can be used regardless of devices (including various wired and wireless devices such as PCs, TVs, and portable devices). ‘you’ refers to customers who access the Company’s services, sign the agreement with the Company according to the Terms, and use the services provided by the Company. ‘Content’ refers to messages, photos, videos, and various files and links in the form of information such as signs, text, voices, sounds, images, and videos posted on the service when You use the service.
In addition, the Company connects the content of the Terms on the service or posts it on the connection screen so that you can easily understand them. The Company may amend the Terms as long as the change does not violate relevant laws. When amending the Terms, the Company shall describe the grounds for amendment and application date and publish them in the service for at least (7) days along with the current terms. However, if the amendments are disadvantageous to You, the amendments shall be published in the services for a certain period of time and You will also be individually notified via electronic means such as email, etc.
Even though the Company publishes or provides notification to take into account your consent to the amended terms, you do not express explicitly the intention of rejection, then it will be regarded that you agree to the amended terms. The Company cannot apply the content of the amended terms, and you may terminate the agreement if you do not agree with the amended terms. However, if there are special circumstances in which the existing terms cannot be applied, the Company may terminate its contract with you. Even if part of the Terms is deemed to be inapplicable, the rest will remain in effect.
3. The Terms and Community Guide complement each other.
The Company may have separate individual service terms or Community Guide. For matters or interpretations not specified in the Terms, a separate Community Guide, relevant laws, or commercial practices shall be used.
Here are some of the rights you can retain on V LIVE.
4. You can become a member of V LIVE at any time, modify your information, or apply for service termination.
The contract is concluded when a person who wants to be a member (hereinafter referred to as a «Subscription Applicant») agrees to the content of the Terms, applies for a subscription, and has his/her application approved by the Company. The Company shall, in principle, approve the use of the service for the application of the Subscription Applicant, and, after becoming a member from the moment when the contract is concluded pursuant to the approval of the Company, the Subscription Applicant may freely use the services in accordance with the Terms. However, the Company may reject such approval or terminate the contract afterward in the following cases: (i) cases in which the Subscription Applicant who has previously lost his/her membership status due to violations of the Terms obtains the approval of the Company to re-subscribe shall be exempt; (ii) cases in which users post false information or don’t post content presented by the Company; (iii) cases in which membership cannot be approved due to reasons attributable to the applicant, or cases in which the potential member is applying in violation of all other stipulated matters; and (iv) users under the age of 14 are not eligible to subscribe to V LIVE and all services related to V LIVE. The Company may also suspend the approval if the Company does not have enough service-related facilities, or if there is a technical or business problem.
If the application for membership is not approved or suspended according to this above content, the Company will notify the applicant. The formation of the agreement takes effect from the time when the Company indicated as subscription completes in the application process. The Company may classify you and assign an activity level to you by grade according to the service policy by grade, make a difference in use by subdividing use time, number of uses, service menu, etc.
In addition, you can view and modify your personal information at any time via the settings in the service, and if the information entered at the time of joining membership is changed, you must change your profile accordingly. The Company is not responsible for any disadvantages caused by your not notifying the Company of changes.
Lastly, you can apply for termination of the agreement at any time through the Delete an Account screen in the service, and the Company will deal with it immediately in accordance with the relevant laws. If you terminate the contract, all of your data will be destroyed immediately upon termination and cannot be recovered, except when the Company retains member information in accordance with relevant laws and Privacy Policy.
If you terminate the contract, all information registered in your account that can identify you, such as your profile picture, will be deleted. However, posts that have been reposted by being added or scrapped by others or those registered on public boards will not be deleted. Thus, please withdraw after deleting the posts that you can delete in advance.
At the same time, there are some things you need to agree to on V LIVE.
5. We will guide you through the areas you need to agree to.
You may watch content for personal and non-commercial purposes such as the internet, TV and VOD, etc. (hereinafter referred to as ‘Content’) that are provided to you through the services, and you may conduct the actions that the Company permits through the services (ex. writing a comment, etc.). In this case, you shall not acquire any rights with regard to the content that has been provided through the services except the aforementioned restricted rights. In particular, you shall not conduct random acts of producing content in separate video files, etc., posting content on the internet, providing content to a third party, or infringing any other copyrights on the content in question, nor shall you go beyond the performances of using the scope of the content permitted by this article. If you conduct such acts, you will incur all relevant civil and criminal responsibilities.
For the appropriate use of the service, the following acts are prohibited within the service (this includes acts against the purpose of service): registering false information when subscribing or changing information; stealing someone else’s information; unauthorized collection, disclosure, or provision of other users’ personal data, registration data, or usage history; causing a risk to account security such as allowing others to access your account; distributing false information for the purpose of earning your or others’ property gains or causing damage to others; and discriminating or damaging the reputation of individuals or organizations.
In addition, we do not allow changing the information published by the Company and from using the service for profit without the consent of the Company. Acts of impersonating or spreading false information related to the Company or a third party, stealing an identity, and acts that infringe the intellectual property rights including the copyrights, damage reputation, or interfere with business are not permitted. You are also prohibited from any act of sending or publishing information (computer programs, etc.) other than the information specified by the Company, accessing the servers of the services and the network systems in ways that are not allowed (by using automated programs). Also, disclosing or publishing obscene or violent messages, images, voices, and other information that depicts abusive acts or content that deceives others (such as impersonating a person other than yourself or claiming false information), or posting information for the purpose of committing crimes, or aiding or abetting criminal offenses are prohibited. Anything else not mentioned in this document follows the policies and regulations declared by the Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection Act, etc., and other related legislatures and policies.
Any acts that abet or promote any of the above or other illegal or unfair activities are also prohibited, and other prohibited acts are specified in detail in the Community Guide. You must comply with relevant laws, the provisions of the Terms, the Community Guide, usage information, notices provided in relation to the services, and matters for which notification is provided by the Company. Furthermore, you may not engage in any other acts that interfere with the Company’s business.
6. Please respect the rights of other stakeholders as well.
The copyright of the posts you publish in the service belongs to the creator of the post. The copyright and intellectual property rights for the service belong to the Company, excluding the posts you have created and the works provided under the partnership agreement. The Company owns intellectual property rights or has an ownership or the right to use the copyrights on those of all trademarks, service marks, logos, etc. related to the services provided by the Company, such as the design of the service provided by the Company, texts, scripts, graphics, and reciprocal transmission features created by the Company in accordance with relevant laws.
In relation to the service, the Company only grants you the right to use the service according to the terms and conditions set by the Company; you may not act of disposal through transferring, selling, or providing security. According to these Terms of Use, you do not own the service or hold the copyright for the service; you are only permitted to use the service by the Company. Therefore, the service can be used only as provided for obtaining information or for personal use.
Except as explicitly permitted, you may not copy or distribute the text, scripts, or reciprocal transmission features of graphics created by the Company. This includes the use, copying, and distribution of member status information obtained through the service for commercial or any other purposes. You may not attempt to create derivative works, reverse files, or extract source code related to the Service or the software contained therein, except with the explicit written permission of the Company.
In addition, the V LIVE service possesses ‘Channels’, which is operated by its partner companies on respective individual operating principles. You must comply with the Terms of V LIVE and the Community Guide, as well as the operating principles of each channel. The operator of this Channel can set the grade and permission of the members according to individual policies, activity index, payment status for paid services, or internal standards. Depending on the grade and permission set for the member, there may be differences in content and boards that members can access, and this standard is entirely according to the settings of the channel operating team.
7. Your use may be restricted indefinitely.
Although the Company promises to value your content as well as any information and opinions, we do not check and manage all content. If your content violates relevant laws, the Terms, or the Community Guide, it may be set to Hidden, deleted, or not uploaded.
If the content you have created during the service activities violates relevant laws, the right holder may request the suspension of the posting of the content in accordance with the procedures set by the relevant laws. In such an event, the Company handles the situation according to the relevant laws. In addition, the Company may take provisional measures against the content, delete it or restrict access to it in accordance with relevant laws if there is a reason for the content to be recognized as a rights infringement or if there is a violation of other company policies and relevant laws, even without a request by the right holder.
The Company may restrict the use of the service via warning, temporary suspension, permanent suspension, etc. if you violate the obligations of the Terms or interfere with the normal operation of the service. However, the Company may immediately and permanently suspend use for any activity that bypasses the Company’s technical measures to prevent abuse of the service, such as illegal program provision and operational interference, illegal communication and hacking, deployment of malicious programs, the excessive act of access rights, mechanical behaviors, service use that cannot be considered normal, or attempting a method prohibited by the service. In the event of a permanent suspension, all benefits obtained through the use of the service will also be nullified, and the Company will not provide compensation for this. Details and procedures related to the restriction of use are specified in the Community Guide.
With regard to restricting the use of the service or terminating the contract, the Company will notify you according to the notification method specified in [2.] above, and at this time, you may file an appeal according to the procedure set by the Company. If the Company accepts the appeal, the Company will immediately resume your use of the service.
V LIVE promises the following:
8. We will strive to protect your personal information.
The Company will protect your personal information as stipulated by relevant laws, and the relevant laws and Privacy Policy of the services are applied to the protection and use of personal information. However, in the event of an obligation to submit personal information pursuant to relevant laws, personal information may be provided to an investigative agency only when an imminent risk to the user’s life or safety has been identified and this is to be resolved.
If there is no record of login or access for a certain period of time, your information may be destroyed or separated after prior notice via email, notification within services, or other appropriate means, and if you continue to not access the service, the related services contract may be terminated.
The Company’s V LIVE Privacy Policy does not apply to linked sites other than the official site.
9. We will inform you of anything important and actively consider your opinions.
The Company may notify you of important information via notification within the service or other methods that the Company deems appropriate unless otherwise specified in the Terms.
The Company endeavors to deal with any opinions or complaints you have communicated in relation to the service use when deemed justifiable. For opinions or complaints you have filed, the Company will use the Help Center or other methods that the Company deems appropriate to deliver its process of processing and results to you.
10. We will strive to provide a stable service.
The Company may change or terminate all or part of the services provided according to operational and technical needs. If there is a change in the content, usage, or usage time of the service, or if the service is terminated, detailed reasons such as the reason for the change, the content of the service to be changed, and the date of provision, etc. will be published in a way that you can fully recognize, such as the bulletin board screen within the service before the change or termination. The Company will not provide separate compensation to you for changes to or termination of services that are provided for free unless there is a special provision in relevant laws.
11. We may provide various information and advertisements.
The Company may publish the advertisements of the Company or a third party on the services. This makes it possible to provide various services to you for free in principle, and this is the basis for providing better services by investing in new research and development.
The Company may provide various information deemed necessary during the use of the service by means of notices or notifications within the service. You may opt-out at any time, excluding transaction-related information in accordance with relevant laws and responses to customer inquiries. However, when sending ad information for commercial purposes to you via phones such as SMS or facsimile equipment, we will only send it to you with your prior consent.
In addition, the Company may publish advertisements related to the operation of the service on the service screen, board, and webpage. You may not take any action, such as changing, modifying, or restricting posts or other information, in relation to the services provided by the Company.
We’d like to inform you of a few other matters.
12. There are a few exceptions to the responsibility for operating services.
The Company shall not be liable for any failure to deliver the service due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, and the Company shall not be responsible for any failures in service use or communication failure due to reasons attributable to you, such as failures in service use due to loss of access media like devices.
In addition, the Company will not provide any warranties with regard to the reliability and accuracy for all content such as the information, data, and facts that you have posted in relation to the service. The Company shall also not be responsible for transactions made when using the Service between members or between you and a 3rd party. Furthermore, the Company shall not be responsible for the use of services that are provided free of charge unless otherwise specified in the relevant laws.
The service is basically provided for free, but parts or some content are provided for a fee. The Paid Service Terms as well as these Terms apply to paid content.
The original copy of these Terms shall be in Korean.
Lawsuits filed between the Company and you in relation to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the courts of the Republic of Korea shall have jurisdiction, and the competent court shall be determined in the Republic of Korea according to the Civil Procedure Act.

Несколько простых настроек помогут взять этот инфопоток под контроль, чтобы весь мир подождал. Рассказываем, как управлять уведомлениями в телефоне или планшете c Android.
Какие уведомления лучше оставить
Хотя мы и говорим сегодня о том, как отключить уведомления, давайте начнем с того, какие из них отключать все же не следует. Их немного, но без них есть шанс пропустить что-то важное и даже расстаться с деньгами. Вот о чем речь.
Уведомления от банковских приложений. Без них есть риск пропустить подозрительный перевод или попытку зайти в ваш личный кабинет. SMS-оповещения отключать не стоит, а вот сообщения от приложений зачастую можно выборочно заблокировать: например, убрать маркетинговые рассылки, вроде предложений оформить кредит или получить карту, и оставить подтверждения платежей и переводов и того же входа в личный кабинет.
Сообщения от цифровых магазинов. Коллекции игр и аксессуаров в Steam — заманчивая цель для мошенников, так что за такими аккаунтами тоже нужно присматривать: скажем, тоже оставить оповещения через SMS или по электронной почте, а в приложении отключить сообщения об акциях и другой «шум».
Предложения обновить операционную систему и установленные приложения. Такие апдейты часто закрывают уязвимости и защищают вас от киберпреступников.
Уведомления антивируса. Вы же не хотите пропустить сигнал о подозрительном сайте или опасном вложении в письме?

Настраиваем уведомления на устройствах с Android
Теперь, не выпуская из виду важные оповещения, переходим к сути и начинаем отключать лишние. На самом деле способов подстроить систему под себя в Android гораздо больше, чем отключить все уведомления или часть из них: можно выбрать, хотите ли вы видеть оповещения на заблокированном экране, нужны ли вам всплывающие уведомления, хотите ли вы получать их по ночам… Решать вам.
Многие производители проектируют интерфейсы на свой лад, поэтому меню могут различаться в зависимости от устройства. Но общий принцип, как правило, не меняется.
Отключаем уведомления на Android: все и сразу
В меню настроек вашего смартфона есть отдельный пункт, который отвечает за оповещения от приложений. Логично путь к цифровому благополучию начать именно с него:
Во многих приложениях вы сможете установить гибкий режим для конкретных ситуаций — например, в мессенджерах отключить оповещения из общих каналов и разрешить их только для личных чатов.
Этот способ лучше всего использовать, если у вас установлено не очень много приложений или есть пара часов и море терпения, чтобы повозиться с параметрами. Да, настройке придется уделить некоторое время, зато результат вы получите «здесь и сейчас».
Отключаем уведомления на Android: решаем проблемы по мере поступления
У вас нет двух-трех часов на глубокое погружение в дебри настроек? Да и приложений на телефоне не пять-десять, а под сотню? Одно это может заставить годами не решать этот вопрос. Но есть альтернативный путь, морально более простой — назовем его убийством уведомлений «по горячим следам».
Когда на смартфоне прозвенит очередное оповещение, откройте «шторку», попробуйте прикоснуться к нему и подержать или плавно сдвинуть его влево/вправо/вниз (конкретное действие зависит от модели смартфона). Увидите шестеренку — нажмите на нее, чтобы перейти к настройкам оповещений такого типа, например рекламы или сводок о пробках на дорогах, для конкретного приложения.
Преимущество этого метода в том, что вам не придется сразу разбираться со всеми установленными приложениями и можно будет настроить в первую очередь те, которые вам реально мешают.
Кстати, во многих версиях Android в той же «шторке» можно отложить уведомление, чтобы не забыть о нем. Представьте, что вы общаетесь с родителями через Zoom, а телефон настойчиво просит что-то обновить. Сразу разобраться, насколько важен этот патч и какие приложения он затрагивает, не получается, но и прерывать разговор с семьей не хочется. Здесь и пригодится умение вашего телефона или планшета с Android откладывать оповещения, совсем как будильник по утрам.
Коснитесь уведомления и сдвиньте его в сторону — рядом с уже знакомой шестеренкой вы увидите иконку с часами (или колокольчиком). Нажмите на нее и выберите время, которое гаджет не будет вас отвлекать. Как только срок «тайм-аута» подойдет к концу, вы снова получите отложенное уведомление.
Переводим звонки и уведомления в беззвучный режим
Допустим, вы отключили все лишнее, но ближайшие пару часов вам очень важно провести в полной и абсолютной тишине? Блокировать важные уведомления, а потом мучительно включать их обратно, опасаясь потерять что-то важное, можно, но не нужно. Для таких случаев есть отдельный инструмент: режим Не беспокоить. В нем ваш телефон не будет подавать никакие сигналы — пока вы не вернетесь в обычный режим.
Чтобы включить режим Не беспокоить, откройте Центр уведомлений, проведя по экрану сверху вниз (реже — снизу вверх). Иконка нужной функции выглядит как дорожный знак «кирпич». Кроме того, вы можете добраться до нее через поиск в меню — все ту же строку в верхней части экрана Настроек.
В настройках режима Не беспокоить можно заблокировать все звуки и вибрацию. На всякий случай по умолчанию работает правило повторных вызовов — если в течение 15 минут кто-то попробует позвонить вам два раза подряд, о входящем звонке будет сигнализировать оповещение в шторке уведомлений (а если вы не отключаете вибрацию — то и она). Здесь же можно установить расписание, чтобы функция Не беспокоить включалась и выключалась автоматически — например, вечером и утром.
Важные оповещения можно добавить в список исключений в разделе Исключения для режима «Не беспокоить». Например, будильник находится там по умолчанию и прозвонит в любом случае. Здесь вы можете разрешить сообщать вам о вызовах от определенных контактов, напоминаниях и т. д.
Если же вы, наоборот, хотите убрать из исключений какой-либо тип оповещений, например сигнал будильника, это можно сделать в том же разделе.
Другие советы для цифрового спокойствия
Помимо общих настроек, в Android предусмотрен специальный режим концентрации внимания. Он включается в разделе Цифровое благополучие и родительский контроль. Здесь вы можете запретить приложениям присылать уведомления, а заодно и вовсе запускаться в определенные часы и дни недели.
Там же, в подразделе Панель инструментов, можно посмотреть, сколько времени вы проводите в каждом приложении и сколько уведомлений оно присылает. С этой статистикой будет проще понять, какие сервисы отвлекают вас чаще всего. Если новости, соцсети или очередная игра слишком засасывают, попробуйте ограничить время, которое будете в них проводить. Чтобы помочь вам в этом, система предложит установить специальный пароль, без которого нельзя будет запустить те или иные приложения по истечении выбранного вами срока. Разумеется, уведомления от этих сервисов приходить тоже перестанут.
Однако, если вам все же потребуется экстренно открыть «спящее» приложение, вы сможете это сделать, введя заданный вами пароль.
Мир и покой. Что дальше?
Если соцсети и другие сервисы постоянно отвлекают вас от важных дел, необязательно полностью от них отказываться. Достаточно уделить немного времени настройке, и проблема будет решена. Напоследок повторим: сообщения от антивирусов, онлайн-банков и подтверждения покупок от магазинов, а также системные уведомления глушить не следует.
