Вы можете в любой момент отключить автоматическое продление подписки, зайдя в настройки iTunes Store. There are 5 types of tasks:
1) Morning habits. We teach how to create a perfect morning routine with a habits tracker.
2) Post one picture a day of what makes you happy. It is a scientifically proven approach to shift your mind. This simple technique focuses your attention on positive things, which automatically makes you happier without additional actions.
3) Happiness tasks. Something really easy to do which boosts people’s happiness like «Hug yourself», or «Throw away 3 unnecessary things» etc.
4) Super tasks. Every new level we give more complicated task which drastically improves your life. Something like: «Wheel of balance», «Create your mission», «Mail to the future you» etc. For every task we explain in details how to do it
5) Evening retro of the day. We offer to track changes of your mood, determine today’s wins, issues and action which can improve the following day.
When you complete all the tasks for today you are being moved to the next level. Every level you see new more complicated tasks.
