Подписка DocuBay в Теле2: что это такое, как отключить подписку и вернуть деньги?
Поступает немало жалоб от пользователей мобильного провайдера Теле2 по поводу того, что у них, помимо желания, включается подписка на DocuBay (развлекательный сервис).
Если быть точным, то 10 дней доступа обходятся абоненту в 300 рублей без учёта момента подключения. И так будет продолжаться до того момента, пока владелец устройства не отпишется от этой услуги. 
Что это за сервис
Пользователь, подписавшийся на DocuBay, получает возможность просматривать потоковый документальный видеоматериал высокого качества:
По желанию, любой абонент может подписаться как на месяц, так и на год. При этом количество просматриваемого материала не имеет ограничения.
Стоимость подписки относительно невелика для такого качественного видеоматериала — всего 30 руб. в сутки. Продление подписки осуществляется в автоматическом режиме. То есть, деньги списываются с баланса пользователя независимо от его подтверждения на продление доступа.

Возвращение списанных средств
Никаких проблем при деактивации подписки на DocuBay возникнуть не должно. Но вот в вопросе возврата списанных за подписку средств могут возникнуть сложности. Служба поддержки, как правило, будет настаивать на том, что пользователь сам активировал доступ, а не произошло это автоматически, без ведома абонента.
Для доказательства обратного от него потребуют представить неоспоримые факты того, что он не отправлял push-уведомления и не совершал никаких других действий с целью активации подписки на развлекательный сервис DocuBay.
Не только на описанный выше платный развлекательный сервис происходит самопроизвольное подключение у пользователей мобильного провайдера Теле2, но и на ряд других платных ресурсов.

Click on Forgot Password link on the sign-in page.
Please provide the email ID used for signing up on the DocuBay app in the field provided.
You will receive an email with a link to reset the password in your email inbox.
Click on the link, and enter the new password and re-enter it to confirm.
You can now login to your DocuBay account using your registered email ID and the new password.
Chromecast is available for Android and iOS devices
Set up your Chromecast and connect it to the same Wi-Fi network as your mobile device.
Open the DocuBay App from your iOS phone or tablet and select the video you want to cast.
Select the Cast icon on the top-right corner of your screen to cast the content.
Select the Chromecast device on which you want to cast the video.
Your phone/tablet works just like a television remote controller. You can adjust volume, fast forward the video, and stop and play the video at your convenience.
Click on the ‘Cast’ icon and select ‘Disconnect’ to stop casting
Your iOS device should be connected to the Apple TV that you want to stream videos on.
With the Airplay feature on your iOS device, select the option to watch videos on your Apple TV.
Make sure your iOS device is on the same Wi-Fi network as your Apple TV.
Select the video you want to watch from your device and press the Airplay button (this option will not show if you are not on the same Wi-Fi network as the device you wish to connect with).
Select the Apple TV from the Airplay devices that show up, and your content will begin streaming on your Apple TV screen.

Viewing content on multiple devices simultaneously using the same account is currently not supported on DocuBay.
You will have to pause the content on the current device and click on play on the other device, after 10 seconds. The content will start playing on the second device.
Or you can go for the OneTribe membership which allows 2 devices at a time.
DocuBay does not have a refund policy. A one-time membership, once availed of, cannot be refunded.
Kindly Note: You need to be logged in (online or offline) to view your Downloads. Downloaded documentaries will be available on the app for 10 days from the date of download.
Cancellation process will be based on your payment mode and device as mentioned below.
Kindly Note: For all payment modes, uninstalling the app will not cancel your DocuBay membership. Once your account is billed you will not receive a refund.
Auto Renewal of membership will depend on your payment mode and location.

Kindly note: For any scenario which is not listed above, there will not be auto renewal of your membership.
We recommend you to first check if auto renewal is applicable to your membership by referring to the FAQ question “Will my membership be auto renewed?”
If Auto Renewal is applicable, you can switch off the same through cancelation of your membership.
For instructions to cancel your membership, kindly refer to the FAQ question “How can I cancel my membership?”
However, for memberships purchased specifically through Amazon Fire TV or Stick, there is a separate option to “Switch Off” autorenewal. Visit Amazon’s About Auto-Renewal for Subscribe with Amazon Subscriptions page and follow the instructions.
To delete your account, send us an email to contact@docubay.com and within 72 working hours it will be deleted.
However, if you have an active membership, we recommend you to cancel your membership before requesting the deletion. To cancel your membership, kindly refer to the FAQ question “How can I cancel my membership?”.
To stop getting mails from us, goto the footer of the email and click on “unsubscribe from the list”.

No, the DocuBay add-on subscription purchased through Amazon Prime Video App, allows a subscriber to access DocuBay content on the Amazon Prime Video App only.
No, both are different subscriptions. Docubay OneTribe membership allows access of content to a subscriber on all DocuBay Apps and website. Amazon Prime Video Channels add-on subscription of DocuBay allows access to DocuBay’s content on the Prime Video app Only.
Yes, you get access to all the same documentaries. However, on certain extraordinary occasions, there might be few titles which may not be available on later due to technical issues, which may be added later.
Customer needs to login to the Amazon Prime Video App and cancel the subscription through the process mentioned on their app. Kindly note: It cannot be done on DocuBay website or app.
By and large the pricing would be same for the customer. However, there would be limited period discount offers and tactical promotions due to which pricing may vary from time to time.
